Shipping is included on most wheelchair rentals (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays not included)! RentAWheelchair.com will ship your wheelchair to your front door or specified location  (Must be signed for by Authorized Party). 

The wheelchair must be signed for by Authorized Party at the address you specify. You agree to the terms and conditions upon delivery and acceptance of the wheelchair. The day the wheelchair is delivered is the day of the monthly the rental billing cycle will reoccur.

If you refuse the order you will receive a full refund less the shipping and handling since that service is only free to our rental customers.  Once the wheelchair has left our office and has been Shipped & Insured by UPS you are responsible. Orders require a signature. Deliveries accepted by unauthorized individuals at the address you have provided will be your responsibility.  

The customer must save the original packaging, as it will be needed to return the wheelchair. If the original packaging is lost, the customer will substitute it with a suitable replacement call us to send a return box.

Overnight and 2-day shipping services are available for an additional cost. Call for an expedited shipping quote.

For return shipment, wheelchair must be placed into the original packaging with the UPS Pre-Paid Return Service label attached. You can call us for pick up or the wheelchair can be dropped off at any authorized UPS location including some local shipping/mailbox stores (many locations can be found by visiting www.ups.com).

If the UPS Pre-Paid Return Service label is lost, the customer will be responsible for the UPS return shipping charges (Insured UPS Ground minimum service). In this scenario, the customer must notify RentAWheelchair.com with the new tracking number. If the tracking number is not provided, the customer will be subject to the terms and conditions until the wheelchair is returned.

Packages will not be left without signature unless you call us and consent to no signature required waiver where you assume responsible for the wheelchair.
